These terms apply to anyone who engages Alex Goss, trading as Alex Goss Digital Marketing ("I", "me"), a UK sole trader, to provide digital marketing services ("the Services"), as described on this website.
The Services may include, depending on the package agreed: social media management, SEO, paid advertising (Google/Meta), email marketing, content creation, and related digital marketing activities, as set out in the relevant proposal, quote, or package selected on the Pricing page.
Fees are billed monthly in advance, based on the package agreed. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in work being paused until payment is received.
There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel the ongoing arrangement at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for the current month already paid for at the point of cancellation.
To deliver the Services effectively, I'll need timely access to relevant accounts (e.g. ad platforms, social media, website/CMS, analytics), timely feedback and approvals, and any brand assets or information reasonably requested. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results.
Once an invoice for a given period has been paid in full, you own the content, campaigns, and assets created specifically for you during that period. Any pre-existing tools, templates, or processes I use to deliver the Services remain my property. Advertising and social media accounts remain owned by you at all times.
I'll treat any confidential information you share with me as confidential, and won't disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services (for example, to ad platforms) or as required by law.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside my control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. While I'll work in good faith to achieve the goals we agree on, I can't guarantee specific results (such as a particular ranking, follower count, or return on ad spend).
My total liability to you in relation to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to any claim. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Either party may end the working relationship at any time in line with the cancellation terms above. I reserve the right to end the arrangement immediately if payment is significantly overdue or the working relationship breaks down.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date, and won't affect any agreement already in place unless we agree otherwise.
